Hardship Fund

More Transplants More Life understands some organ donors and patients face temporary hardships when going through the process of organ donation. MTML’s Hardship Fund is designed to assist those individuals with a one-time grant to offset minor living expenses while recovering from transplant surgery. To apply for assistance download the form below.
